目的首次对沙蜇的核苷类成分进行比较全面的提取、分离和结构鉴定,为沙蜇的进一步综合开发利用提供理论依据。方法新鲜沙蜇的甲醇提取物用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇分级萃取;再用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、薄层制备层析等分离技术得到单体化合物;通过GC-MS、ESIMS、NMR等分析方法,结合文献对照,对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从沙蜇的甲醇提取物中分离出6个单体:胸腺嘧啶(1)、2’-甲氧基尿嘧啶核苷(2)、尿嘧啶(3)、2’-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(4)、2’-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(5)、尿嘧啶核苷(6)。结论化合物1~6均为首次从沙蜇中分离得到。
Aim To provide a theoretical basis for the further comprehensive development and utilization of sand stings for the first time to extract, isolate and identify nucleosides of sand stings for the first time. Methods The methanol extracts of fresh sand sting were fractionated by petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The compounds were separated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and preparative TLC. The structures of the obtained compounds were identified by GC-MS, ESIMS, NMR and other methods. Results Six monomers were isolated from the methanolic extract of S. aureus: thymine (1), 2’-methoxyuridine (2), uracil (3), 2’-deoxythymidine (4), 2’-deoxyuridine (5), uridine (6). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated from sand stings for the first time.
