研究了用高效毛细管电泳测定药物中碘的方法。采用聚丙烯酰胺涂层柱可有效地抑制电渗流 ,负极进样正极检测 ,检测波长 2 14nm ,缓冲液为 2 5 mm ol/ L的磷酸盐缓冲液 (p H 6 .80 ) ,碘在 12 .5～ 2 0 0μg/ ml范围内线性关系良好 ,迁移时间和峰高的相对标准偏差分别为 2 .0 %和 2 .4% ,最小检出浓度为 1.0 μg/ ml,平均回收率为 98%～10 5 %。
