为了确定与温度、交通量、结构层位、行车速度相关联的沥青混合料车辙标准,依托ALF加速加载试验、室内车辙试验和理论分析展开研究。以3种路面结构在3种不同工况下的ALF加速加载车辙试验为主要支撑,建立用于求解车辙标准的车辙预估模型;提出车辙分层预估的方法,并建立车辙深度R0与动稳定度(DS)标准的求解方法;以甘肃地区为例,求解5个分区典型路面结构在不同行车速度下不同层位的R0与DS标准。结果表明:车辙标准随行车速度减慢、路面温度升高、轴载作用次数增多而提高,且中、上面层的标准值远远高于下面层。
In order to determine the rutting criterion of asphalt mixture associated with temperature, traffic volume, structural horizon and driving speed, the research was carried out based on ALF accelerated loading test, indoor rutting test and theoretical analysis. The rutting test of three kinds of pavement structures under three different working conditions was taken as the main support to establish the rut prediction model for rutting criteria. The method of rut stratification prediction was proposed and the rutting depth R0 and moving Stability (DS) standard solution method. Taking Gansu Province as an example, the R0 and DS standards of five layers of typical pavement structures under different driving speeds are solved. The results show that the standard rutting speed decreases with the passing speed, the pavement temperature increases, the number of axial load increases and increases, and the standard values of middle and upper surface layers are much higher than the lower layer.
