本文叙述了由子宫肌层和蜕膜所形成的前列腺环素(Prostacyclin以下简称PGI_2)样物质的直接测定方法及其在妊娠各个阶段生成量的变化。选择所需的怀孕日期,将大鼠处死,开腹,剥离子宫动脉和静脉(连同其分枝)切取时尽量靠近子宫。切下子宫角,取出胎儿和胎盘称重,从子宫肌层刮下蜕膜再称重,前后重量之差为蜕膜之重。每25毫克组织加入0.1毫升无钙的克氏溶液(pH8)。置冰箱中直至培养。用剪子细致地剪碎样品,培养过程即开始,在室温下培养15分钟后取出反应物的上清液立即进行分析。生物鉴定:取大鼠结肠和牛冠状动脉环形肌条,用克氏溶液以1.5毫升/分钟做瀑布样灌流
