电流变液作为工作介质应用于流体控制系统,可用于没有机械运动部件的流体控制阀,阀的流量和压降可直接由电场信号来调节。介绍了电流变阀的设计准则,设计制作了4件电流变阀组成一流体控制元件用于流体动力控制,并对不同电场强度下的流量、压力特性等进行了理论和实验分析。
ER fluids are used as a working medium in fluid control systems and can be used in fluid control valves without mechanical moving parts. The flow and pressure drop of the valve can be directly adjusted by the electric field signal. The design criteria of the electro-rheological valve are introduced. Four electro-rheological valves are designed to form a fluid control element for fluid dynamic control. The flow and pressure characteristics under different electric field intensities are theoretically and experimentally analyzed.
