植物疫苗接种策略具有克服现有麻疹疫苗弊端的潜在优势。麻疹病毒(MV)血凝素(MV-H)蛋白已在烟草中表达。小鼠口服植物MV-H蛋白能诱生MV特异性抗体和分泌型IgA,提示其产生了体液免疫和黏膜免疫应答。此外,用MV-H DNA疫苗初免小鼠后,再口服植物MV-H蛋白加强,产生的免疫应答比单独使用其中任何一种疫苗都强。总之,本研究是发展有效的麻疹口服疫苗的重要步骤。
Plant vaccination strategies have the potential to overcome the drawbacks of existing measles vaccines. Measles virus (MV) hemagglutinin (MV-H) protein has been expressed in tobacco. Mice oral plant MV-H protein induced MV-specific antibodies and secretory IgA, suggesting that it produces humoral and mucosal immune response. In addition, MV-H protein reabsorption in mice after MV-H DNA vaccine primed mice resulted in a stronger immune response than either vaccine alone. In conclusion, this study is an important step towards developing an effective measles oral vaccine.
