以先进制造系统 (FMS)的供电系统为主要研究对象 ,对先进制造系统运行环境的智能安全检测监控与维护进行了探索研究 ;同时根据先进制造系统的基本特点 ,设计了先进制造系统供电网实时监控系统及电力设备的故障诊断专家系统 ;该系统不仅能够对确定的故障现象进行诊断 ,而且对模糊的、非确定的故障也能诊断 ;利用层次分类组织模型的思想 ,采用故障树分析的方法 ,建立了电力设备故障诊断知识库 ;通过计算机仿真验证了该系统的可用性。
The main research object is the power supply system of advanced manufacturing system (FMS), and the intelligent safety monitoring and maintenance of the advanced manufacturing system operating environment are explored and researched. According to the basic characteristics of advanced manufacturing system, the advanced manufacturing system is designed for real-time Monitoring system and power equipment fault diagnosis expert system. The system not only can diagnose the identified fault phenomenon, but also can diagnose the fuzzy and nondeterministic fault. Based on the idea of hierarchical classification and organization model, the method of fault tree analysis , Established knowledge base of power equipment fault diagnosis; and verified the availability of the system by computer simulation.
