采用有限元分析软件Simulation设计无簧油封。通过Simulation软件分析现有有簧油封安装后唇口接触压力大小及分布;在保证唇口接触压力大小及分布基本相同的条件下,建立无簧油封几何模型和材料模型;调整结构参数,进行应力仿真,设计出无簧油封;采用台架试验验证无簧油封使用效果。采用Simulation软件设计无簧油封可以减少研发费用和提高研发效率。
Using finite element analysis software Simulation design non-spring oil seal. The simulation software was used to analyze the size and distribution of the lip contact pressure after the existing spring oil seal was installed. The geometric model and material model of the springless oil seal were established under the condition of the same size and distribution of the lip contact pressure. The structural parameters were adjusted and the stress Simulation, the design of non-spring oil seal; the use of bench test to verify the effect of non-spring oil seal. Using Simulation software to design a non-spring oil seal reduces R & D costs and increases R & D efficiency.
