为了分析实际热力过程、设备和循环中的节能潜力,而将(火用)损失分为可以避免和不可避免(火用)损失。通过对换热器的传热温差以及流体粘性摩阻引起的不可逆(火用)损失热力学分析,提出了确定换热器不可避免(火用)损失的方法。利用所提出的方法和推导的公式,可以对换热器的可避免和不可避免的(火用)损失进行分析和计算,从而减少可避免的(火用)损失,以改进换热器和提高换热器的(火用)效率。
In order to analyze the potential of energy savings in actual thermal processes, equipment and cycles, the (exergy) losses are divided into avoidable and inevitable (exergy) losses. Through the thermodynamic analysis of the heat transfer temperature difference of the heat exchanger and the irreversible (exergy) loss caused by the viscous friction of the fluid, a method of determining the inevitable (exergy) loss of the heat exchanger is proposed. Using the proposed method and the derived formula, the avoidable and inevitable (exergy) losses of the heat exchanger can be analyzed and calculated to reduce avoidable exergy losses, to improve the heat exchanger and to improve Heat exchanger (exergy) efficiency.
