根据库存控制理论,研究计算机联锁系统维修备件库存的控制方法。对计算机联锁系统维修备件在按照备件占用资金比重进行ABC分类的基础上,再按照备件重要性进行综合分类,并运用模糊数学排定各类备件的重要性量化次序,从而将计算机联锁系统维修备件科学地划分为Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ和Ⅴ类备件。对于这5类备件的库存控制分别采用对应的库存控制策略,可以在满足现场维修需求的前提下实现经济合理组织备件供应、压缩备件库存量和减少资金占用的目的。
According to the inventory control theory, this paper studies the control method of spare parts inventory in computer interlocking system. On the basis of ABC classification according to the proportion of the funds occupied by the spare parts, the spare parts for the computer interlocking system are classified according to the importance of the spare parts and the order of quantifying the importance of arranging the various spare parts by using the fuzzy mathematics so that the computer interlocking system Maintenance spare parts are scientifically divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ spare parts. For these five kinds of spare parts inventory control, respectively, the use of the corresponding inventory control strategy, can meet the on-site maintenance needs under the premise of economic and reasonable organization of spare parts supply, compression spare parts inventory and reduce the use of funds.
