目的探讨健康教育预防管理在老年骨质疏松症中的应用价值。方法将2010-2013年杭州建德地区560例骨质疏松患者随机的分为两组,观察组与对照组,每组280例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予系统的健康教育。9个月后随访并评价,调查两组患者掌握正确服药方法,养成良好的生活方式及饮食习惯,以及不良反应、疼痛、骨密度等情况。结果观察组服药方法正确掌握率、生活方式掌握率、饮食习惯掌握率及疼痛好转率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),骨密度改变总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健康教育预防管理能够帮助老年骨质疏松患者掌握正确的服药方法、生活及饮食习惯,提高生活质量,降低不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To explore the value of health education prevention and management in senile osteoporosis. Methods A total of 560 patients with osteoporosis in Jiande District of Hangzhou during 2010-2013 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, with 280 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given systematic health education on the basis of the control group. Nine months after follow-up and evaluation, two groups of patients were investigated to take the proper medication, to develop a good lifestyle and eating habits, as well as adverse reactions, pain, bone density and so on. Results The observation group had the correct mastery rate, the mastery rate of lifestyles, the mastery rate of eating habits and the improvement rate of pain rate in the observation group (P <0.01), the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01) The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Prevention and management of health education can help elderly osteoporosis patients to master the correct medication, living and eating habits, improve quality of life, reduce adverse reactions, and worth promoting.
