以华夏1号无籽西瓜为试材,研究了不同激素和理化因子对其茎段组培快繁的影响。结果表明.外植体以顶芽较好,继代快繁过程中,以改良MS培养基附加6-BA0.4mg/L、IAA0.2mg/L,蔗糖40g/L,琼脂7g/L较好,调节pH值5.8,培养温度(24±1)℃,光照强度2000~2500 lx,光照时间16h/d,有利于无籽西瓜试管苗茎段的快速繁殖。
