“369渐进式”顶岗实习制是武汉信息传播职业技术学院近年来实施的工学交替人才培养模式。本文结合国外职业教育培训实习的成功经验,阐述师徒结对制度对“369渐进式”顶岗实习的支撑保障作用。职业技术教育:地位与作用我国的教育体系由普通教育、职业教育和成人教育组成。职业教育侧重于实践技能和实际工作能力的培养,其他两者则以学历教育为主,使受教育者获得某种职业或生产劳动所需要的职业知识、技能和职业道德。根据联合国教科文组织发布的《国际教育分类标准》(ISCED)(1997年修订版),将整个教育体系分为7个层次,职业
“369 gradual ” internship system is Wuhan Vocational College of Information Technology in recent years, the implementation of alternative engineering training mode. Based on the successful experience of vocational training in foreign countries, this paper expounds the supporting role of teacher-student matching system in the “369 progressive” internship.
