从生活事件和父母教养方式两方面对125名体校学生心理健康问题进行定量分析,结果表明:1.约有12%的学生存在心理健康问题。其生活事件的总应激量与一般学生有显著性差异,其中带来心理反应的负性生活事件依次为“人际关系”因子、“其他”因子、“健康适应”因子;2.存在心理健康问题的学生其父母往往过多采用严厉惩罚的手段以及过分干涉、保护、偏爱子女。因此,应尽早改善学生心理健康水平,须针对性地加强学生的引导和教师的培训,促进家长更新教育观念,积极发挥学校教育的主导作用。
From the aspects of life events and parental rearing styles, we quantitatively analyze the mental health problems of 125 school-based students. The results show that: 1. About 12% students have mental health problems. The total stress of life events was significantly different from that of general students. The negative life events with psychological reactions were “interpersonal relationship”, “other” factors and “health adaptation” factors; 2. Students of the problem tend to overpowely adopt harsh punitive measures and over-interfere, protect and favor their children. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the mental health of students as soon as possible, we must be targeted to strengthen the guidance of students and teachers training to promote the renewal of educational concepts of parents, and actively play a leading role in school education.
