目的:优选四臣止咳颗粒处方药材的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以岩白菜素、甘草酸、绿原酸3种活性成分的提取率及干浸膏得率为考察指标,考察了提取时间、溶剂用量、乙醇浓度及提取次数4个因素对活性成分的影响,优选提取工艺参数。结果:最佳提取工艺为采用10倍量60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1小时。结论:该工艺活性成分的提取率高、合理可行,适用于四臣止咳颗粒的提取工艺。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of the prescription medicinal materials of Sichen Zhike Granules. METHODS: The extraction time, solvent dosage, ethanol concentration and extraction times of three active ingredients of bergenin, glycyrrhizic acid, and chlorogenic acid were investigated by orthogonal design. The influence of the factors on the active ingredient is preferably an extraction process parameter. RESULTS: The optimal extraction process was reflux extraction of 10 times 60% ethanol 3 times for 1 hour each time. Conclusion: The extraction rate of the active ingredient in this process is high, reasonable and feasible, and it is suitable for the extraction process of Sichen Zhike Granules.
