在全球金融金融危机大浪还不知何时结束的今天,中国也是难以独善其身。国内的诸多行业都饱受亏损、破产及失业。房地产在国家的严控下,依然作为国家十大产业支柱,可见遭受的打击也是前所未有的。与其说是受到全球经济危机的影响,还不如说是国内房地产产业本身所造成高泡沫、高发展、高集热所堆积成极为突出矛盾的一次大洗牌和一次大调整。即使没有这次危机,国内地产也是非常需要一个重新整合与规范的过程,只是不会这么突然
