我市自1988年3月全面实行了妇女保偿制,为验证其效果,本文对实行保偿制前后的孕产妇死亡率及死亡原因进行了分析比较. 资料与方法一、资料我市1987～1988年孕产妇死亡病历.意外事故死亡者不在内. 二、方法由我所制定孕产妇死亡报告卡,下发到县、区、乡卫生院,再由我所统一汇总,遇有疑难病历请专家确诊.
In order to verify its effectiveness, the city has fully implemented the women’s compensation system since March 1988.
