患儿男,11岁。因头部外伤7年,伴四肢抽搐1个月入院。病儿4岁时因玩耍,从一米多高树上摔下,摔伤左侧额顶部,伤后短暂意识障碍,左额顶部头皮裂伤,未做特殊检查。此次入院前1个月病儿出现不定时四肢抽搐,最多1d抽搐2次。每次抽搐时间约10s左右。抽搐发作时意识丧失,发作过后如常人。查体:左额顶部头皮有一长约4cm线
Children male, 11 years old. 7 years due to head trauma, convulsions with limbs 1 month admission. At age 4, the sick child fell off from a meter-high tree, fell off the top of the left forehead, had a transient disturbance of consciousness, and had a scalp laceration on the top of the left forehead without any special examination. 1 month before admission, sick children appear from time to time limbs twitch, convulsions up to 1d 2 times. Each convulsion about 10s or so. Convulsions loss of consciousness, as usual after the attack. Examination: the left frontal scalp has a long line of about 4cm
