本文首次报道了瘤状多毛菌(Hirsutella nodulosa Petch)对二化螟越冬幼虫(Chilo suppressalis Walker)寄生性和瘤状多毛菌生物学特性的研究结果.其自然奇生致死率达73%,人工孢子接种致死率达93%;20℃、20天致死50%越冬幼虫的孢子量需8.2—10~6个/毫升;接种二化螟2—3代幼虫及其他6种不同代(包括越冬代)的鳞翅目幼虫均无寄生致死现象.瘤状多毛菌的最适发育温度为25~27℃、pH6~6.5;孢子萌发适宜温度为30℃左右、相对湿度70%以上:40℃以上孢子易失活,而菌体能存活15天左右.本文提出了一种适于该菌生长发育的培养基(蔗糖20、酵母汁10、KH_2PO_4 1.5、MgSO_4 0.5、CaCl_2·2H_2O 0.01、NaCl O.40克/升).
