本文提出用紫外分光光度法测定腰息痛胶囊中扑热息痛的含量,标准曲线相关系数为0.9998(n=5),回收率为102.49%,RSD=1.99%(n=5).操作简便,重现性及准确度均较好.
In this paper, the content of paracetamol in lumbar pain capsule was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.9998 (n = 5), the recovery rate was 102.49%, RSD = 1.99% (n = 5) Sex and accuracy are better.
