The National Chemical Intelligence and Publications Working Conference was held in Beijing from November 15 to November 18, 1991. There were 238 representatives from all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, professional intelligence stations, regional intelligence stations, large intelligence stations and periodicals attended the meeting. Director Liu Zhaodong and Director Shi Yue Shan invited the State Science and Technology Commission Intelligence Department to attend the meeting.
