目的了解工作场所职业危害因素的浓度(强度)及工人接触水平,为用人单位职业卫生日常管理和职业卫生监督管理部门的监督提供依据。方法依据《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》进行检测。结果粉尘中游离SIO2<10%;总尘时间加权平均浓度合格率47.8%;分散度检测结果显示粒径<5μm的粒子所占86.6%~91.3%;呼吸性粉尘时间加权平均浓度合格率为52.2%;噪声强度检测合格率45.1%。结论该煤矿粉尘和噪声检测合格率严重偏低,职业危害因素的控制应以粉尘和噪声为主。
Objective To understand the concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards in the workplace and the level of workers’ exposure, and provide the basis for the supervision of occupational health management and occupational health supervision departments of employers. The method is based on “Sampling Specifications for the Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in the Workplace”. Results The free SIO2 in the dust was less than 10%, the time-weighted average concentration of the total dust was 47.8%, and the dispersity test showed that the particle size was less than 5μm, accounting for 86.6% -91.3%. The time-weighted average concentration of respiratory dust was 52.2% %; Noise intensity detection pass rate of 45.1%. Conclusion The passing rate of dust and noise in coal mines is seriously low, and the control of occupational hazards should be mainly dust and noise.
