在一定意义上说,德育实质上是一种人文教化。德育具有人文精神的内蕴,人文精神又可通过德育得以传导。德育的人文精神与人的个性发展有着必然的联系。其一,德育的人文精神充分肯定、尊重和珍视人的个性发展的合理性需要。其二,德育的人文精神促进个人实现自我价值与社会价值相结合,体现为对人的价值的尊重、肯定和弘扬。其三,德育人文教化的目标是促使社会每个人成为富有个性、多种素质全面发展的人。其四,德育的人文精神要求人的个性发展与社会规范性相统一。
In a certain sense, moral education is essentially a humanistic education. Moral education has the essence of humanistic spirit, and humanistic spirit can be transmitted through moral education. The humanistic spirit of moral education has a certain connection with the development of human personality. First, the humanistic spirit of moral education fully affirmed and respected and valued the rationality of individual personality development. Second, the humanistic spirit of moral education promotes the combination of self-realization and social value of the individual and manifests the respect, affirmation and promotion of human values. Third, the goal of moral education in humanities is to make everyone in the society a person of rich character and various qualities and all-round development.
