采用特殊染色和免疫组化标记方法对18例颅内袋状动脉瘤组织进行镜下观察和病理分析。观察到袋状动脉瘤的基本组织病理改变为损伤、变性和修复。结果提示脑动脉血流变化对动脉壁的压力作用是动脉瘤产生的原动力;管径较大的血管和较强的机体修复能力是形成大动脉瘤的基础;中小动脉瘤破裂出血的机会相对较多,瘤壁内常伴有出血。本研究对认识颅内袋状动脉瘤的发生规律及其防治有一定临床价值。
Eighteen patients with intracranial aneurysm were observed microscopically and pathologically by special staining and immunohistochemistry. The basic histopathological changes of the pocket aneurysm were observed as lesions, degeneration and repair. The results suggest that the changes of cerebral artery blood flow on the arterial wall pressure is the driving force of aneurysm; larger diameter blood vessels and strong ability to repair the body is the basis for the formation of aortic aneurysm; small aneurysm rupture bleeding more opportunities Tumor wall often accompanied by bleeding. This study on the understanding of the occurrence of intracranial aneurysm and its prevention and treatment of some clinical value.
