目的了解云南省部分医疗单位的医用诊断X射线装置的性能状况。方法依据国家标准,采用非介入式多功能X射线机QA仪和检测箱现场检测。结果管电压指示偏离范围在-8.7%~7.8%,输出量范围在0.964~10.35mGy/100mAs,输出量重复性范围在0.00%~6.680%,输出量线性范围在-10.22%~6.86%,曝光时间指示偏离范围在-16.1%~11.09%,有用线束垂直度偏离范围在≤30~60和≥60,空间分辨力范围在0.8~1.6LP/mm,低对比度分辨力范围在2%~4%,1.5mm之间。结论输出量重复性、输出量线性、管电压指示的偏离、空间分辨力合格,不合格率较高的是曝光时间指示偏离,占总检测台数的15.9%,有用线束垂直度偏离不合格占总检测台数的9.09%,低对比度分辨力不合格占总检测台数的2.27%。
Objective To understand the performance of medical diagnostic X-ray devices in some medical units in Yunnan Province.
