随着经济的发展和科技的进步,我国社会建设中建筑行业得到了快速的发展,使得人们生产生活的相关方面也受益良多。因为现阶段城市现代化建设的速度加快,与之相关的建筑工程项目的施工状况也受到了各行各业的关注,而如何提高建筑工程项目施工现场管理成效也成为了研究的重点和难点,需要投入更多的人力,物力和财力进行创新和实践。本文通过分析建筑工程项目施工现场管理中存在的问题,结合已有的研究和实际的案例,对提高建筑工程项目施工现场管理成效的途径与措施进行具体和系统阐述。
With the economic development and the advancement of science and technology, the construction industry in our country’s social construction has witnessed rapid development, which has benefited many people in the aspects of production and living. Because the speed of urban modernization is quickening at this stage, the construction status of construction projects related to it has also attracted the attention of all trades and professions. How to improve the management efficiency of construction site has also become the focus and difficulty of the research. More manpower, material and financial resources for innovation and practice. By analyzing the existing problems in construction site management of construction project and combining the existing research and practical cases, this article makes a concrete and systematic exposition on the ways and measures to improve the effectiveness of construction site management in construction project.
