我有两次不同的下乡经历,形成了鲜明对比。在乡镇企业局时,县黄淮海开发办公室按比例划给乡镇企业系统一部分资金,用于治理区乡镇企业建设;这笔钱明文规定不准“撒胡椒面”须凭项目可行性报告择优投放。我下乡的任务是说明这一宗旨、介绍如何写好可行性报告,并负责项目的筛送和综合上报。这次下乡,真是美差,工作顺利不屑说,招待之周更是无可挑剔。尽管农村条件有限,然而吃、住、用都比在家强上数倍。
I have two different experience of going to the countryside, in stark contrast. The countryside, really beautiful, smooth work disdain that the week of hospitality is impeccable. Although rural conditions are limited, eating, housing and using are several times better than they are at home.
