目的分析临床辅助检验报告对疾病分类的影响,以寻求提高疾病分类质量的方法。方法依据国际疾病分类编码原则结合病案资料来分析总结辅助检查报告对疾病分类的影响。结果辅助医学检查报告对疾病分类质量影响较大,忽略其内容将会产生大量毫无利用价值的垃圾编码。结论临床辅助检查报告是辅助编码员正确编码的素材,认真检阅辅助检查报告有助于取得正确的分类编码,降低编码的错误率。
Objective To analyze the impact of clinical laboratory tests on disease classification in order to find ways to improve the quality of disease classification. Methods Based on the International Classification of Diseases code combined with medical records to analyze and summarize the impact of auxiliary examination report on the classification of diseases. Results The auxiliary medical examination report has a great impact on the quality of the disease classification. Neglecting its content will generate a large amount of junk code without any utilization value. Conclusions The clinical assistant examination report is the material that the auxiliary coder correctly coded. Carefully reviewing the auxiliary examination report helps to obtain the correct classification code and reduce the coding error rate.
