目的：研究胃肠道肿瘤患者术后使用低分子肝素对静脉血栓疾病的预防作用。方法：将我院近3年来收治的手术治疗的胃肠道肿瘤患者164例,随机分为观察组和对照组各82例,观察组从术后第1天开始给予低分子肝素钙5 000 IU皮下注射,qd,用至患者出院;对照组术后不用抗凝剂,引流未见活动性出血均未使用止血药。比较两组患者手术前、手术后第1、4、7天,血红蛋白（hemoglobin,Hb）、腹腔引流量、凝血酶原时间（prothrombintime,PT）、D-二聚体（D-Dimer,D-D）变化及两组深静脉血栓发生情
