我国手机媒体用户整体规模大,覆盖范围广,社会影响力大。作为一种快速发展的新兴媒体,手机媒体在当前发展中也存在着不可避免的问题与弊端,相关管理制度、法规不健全,行业性监督与自律的缺失等,都非常不利于手机媒体的健康发展。在此,笔者认为,必须从以下几个方面着手,科学、适当地监管,为手机媒体的进一步良性发展提供合理的应对之策,为手机媒体的健康发展提供规范、有序的传播秩序和社会秩序。完善政策法规体系 China’s mobile media users overall large scale, wide coverage, social influence.
