患儿男,4个月.于2000年6月2日以反应低下1个月入院.CT检查示双侧额颞顶蛛网膜下腔扩大约10mm,脑室系统形态大小正常.拟诊为外部脑积水.遂行脑积液腔穿刺置管外引流术.引流无效,硬膜下腔进行性扩大、增宽＞2cm,患儿频繁恶心、呕吐、囟门张力增高.
