高温胁迫对武运粳7号A育性稳定性的影响研究

通过对BT型粳稻三系不育系武运粳7号A花粉母细胞形成期(处理Ⅰ)和花粉母细胞减数分裂期(处理Ⅱ)进行高温(≥35℃)处理试验,观察其花粉粒的染色程度和套袋自交结实情况,研究武运粳7号A育性的稳定性。结果表明,武运粳7号A在高温处理与大田自然生长条件下,黑染花粉率越大,套袋自交结实率就越高,但两者之间不存在显著相关性;高温处理和大田自然对照都出现了少量套袋自交结实现象,但套袋自交结实率都非常低,变化幅度分别为0~0.13%、0~0.034%,表明在高温条件下武运粳7号A育性仍很稳定,少量自交结实现象基本不会影响其制、繁种纯度达标。 The pollen mother cell formation stage (treatment Ⅰ) and pollen mother cell meiosis stage (treatment Ⅱ) of BT type japonica CMS line Wuyunjing 7 were treated with high temperature (≥35 ℃) The degree of grain staining and bagging self-fertility were studied. The stability of Wuyunjing 7 A fertility was studied. The results showed that under the conditions of high temperature treatment and natural growth in field, Wuyunjing 7 A had higher pollen rate of black dyed and higher self-bred seed setting rate, but there was no significant correlation between the two. However, the selfing rate of bagging was very low, ranging from 0% to 0.13% and 0% ~ 0.034%, respectively. It indicated that under high temperature, Wuyunjing 7 A Fertility is still very stable, a small amount of self-fertility and fruiting basically does not affect the system, breeding purity standards.
