1工程概况时代购物花园小区工程位于北京市石景山区八角北路5号院内,拟建场地位于永定河冲洪积扇顶部,原为挖砂取土坑,现已填平。根据场地勘察报告可知,填土厚度为10～28m左右,回填时间短,岩性种类较多,分布不均,物理力学性质变化极大,可能具有湿陷性,如果不经处理,不能作为天然地基持力层。拟建场地
