这个资料是国家建委建筑科学研究院工程抗震研究所为了适应京津地区开展群众性抗震加固工作的需要,针对“京津地区工业与民用建筑抗震鉴定标准(试行)”要求加固的项目,参照北京市一些单位编写的抗震加固资料和京津两市的抗震加固实例而编写的。我们略去鉴定标准中的具体条文规定,仅将加固方案摘编选登,供有关单位在进行抗震加固中参考。文中的加固方案有些还没有经过地震实践或科学实验的检验。 这个资料计分三部分:一、多层砖房和多层钢筋混凝土内框架房屋抗震加固方案;二、单层钢筋混凝土厂房和单层砖柱厂房抗震加固方案;三、砖木房屋与木骨架承重房屋抗震加固方案。上一期已刊出第一部分,这一期继续刊登其余两部分。
This data is a requirement of the Institute of Earthquake Resistance Engineering of the National Construction Engineering Research Institute for Building Sciences to meet the needs of the mass anti-seismic reinforcement work in the Beijing-Tianjin region. For projects that require strengthening of the seismic evaluation standards for industrial and civil buildings in the Beijing-Tianjin region (for trial implementation), refer to Beijing. The earthquake-resistant reinforcement materials prepared by some units of the city and the seismic strengthening examples of the cities of Beijing and Tianjin were compiled. We omitted the specific provisions in the appraisal standard, and only selected and reinforced the reinforcement plan for reference for the relevant units to carry out seismic strengthening. Some of the reinforcement solutions in this paper have not been tested by earthquake practice or scientific experiments. This information is divided into three parts: 1. Seismic reinforcement scheme for multi-story brick houses and multi-story reinforced concrete frame buildings; 2. Seismic reinforcement scheme for single-storey reinforced concrete buildings and single-storey brick column buildings; 3. Brick-wood houses and wooden skeletons. Load-bearing house anti-seismic reinforcement program. The first part of the previous issue has been published. The remaining two parts of this issue continue to be published.
