北京师范大学中国彩票研究中心“中国彩民行为网络调查”显示,中国现有700万问题彩民,43万重度问题彩民。虽然有学者对网络调查和方法持有争议,但一个共识是,我国彩票年销售额已突破2000亿,而对于彩民的关注和研究滞后,问题彩民成为亟待解决的问题。据记者对北京数十家彩票投注站、百余位彩民的采访调查,低收入的打工者已成为购彩主体,且有的痴迷程度很高。一些彩票站违反《彩票管理条例》,进行误导性宣传。
China Lottery Research Center of Beijing Normal University “China Lottery Behavior Network Survey ” shows that China has 7 million lottery people, 430,000 serious problem lottery people. Although some scholars hold controversies over online surveys and methods, one consensus is that the annual sales of lottery tickets in China have exceeded 200 billion yuan. However, attention and research on lottery players has lagged behind. The issue of lottery people has become an issue that needs urgent solution. According to a press interview with dozens of lottery betting stations and hundreds of lottery people in Beijing, migrant workers with low incomes have become the main body of lottery and some have a high degree of obsession. Some lottery stations violated the “lottery management regulations” for misleading propaganda.
