选用钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO3)进行表面改性,以改善其在聚丙烯(PP)中的分散性。利用透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征了nano-CaCO3的改性效果,研究了改性条件对PP/nano-CaCO3复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:在偶联剂用量2.0%、改性时间25 min、改性温度85℃的条件下,PP/nano-CaCO3复合材料的综合性能较好;改性后nano-CaCO3的分散性得到有效改善。
The titanate coupling agent was used to modify the surface of nano-CaCO3 so as to improve its dispersibility in polypropylene (PP). The modification effect of nano-CaCO3 was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effect of modification conditions on the properties of PP / nano-CaCO3 composites was studied. The results showed that the overall performance of PP / nano-CaCO3 composites was better under the conditions of 2.0% coupling agent, 25 min modification time and 85 ℃ modification temperature. The dispersion of nano-CaCO3 was effective improve.
