本文介绍了一种S波段同轴腔微波晶体管压控振荡器,具有频率稳定、电调简便、体积小、造价低的特点。在中心频率2.75GHz或3.025GHz上电调范围大于2%,输出功率大于40mw,长期频稳度优于3×10~(-5)。该振荡器可代替速调管振荡器,用作S波段雷达本振源。经在动显雷达的高稳定锁相本振源中应用,性能良好。如果挑选合适的管子和工作状态并在适当的端接下,电调范围可达5%f_0,输出功率大于100mW。本文重点讨论如何获得高稳定的性能以及不外加变容管而实现电调谐的方法,并给出主要实验结果。
This article describes a S-band coaxial cavity microwave transistor voltage-controlled oscillator, with a stable frequency, simple electric adjustment, small size, low cost. In the center frequency of 2.75GHz or 3.025GHz on the range of more than 2% electric power, the output power is greater than 40mw, long-term frequency stability better than 3 × 10 ~ (-5). The oscillator can replace the klystron oscillator, as the S-band radar local oscillator. It has good performance by using high stable phase-locked local oscillator in moving display radar. If you pick the right tube and work state and in the appropriate termination, the range of electric adjustable up to 5% f_0, the output power is greater than 100mW. This article focuses on how to get high stability and performance without external varactor and achieve the method of electrical tuning, and gives the main experimental results.
