油管传输射孔是目前油田射孔的主要方法,其射孔质量直接影响油井的产能,尤其在油管传输射孔施工中防止起爆器误起爆是射孔施工中的重要环节。对起爆器销钉的受力作用进行了分析,介绍了复合式缓冲器的设计原理、工作机理、加工工艺以及实际应用。它可以有效防止起爆器提前起爆,提高油管传输射孔的施工质量和施工成功率。
The perforation of the tubing is the main method of perforation in the oil field. The perforation quality directly affects the productivity of the oil well. Especially in the perforation construction of the tubing, preventing the improper detonation of the detonator is an important part of perforation construction.
