从业30周年,从北方到南方,一生只做了一个行当:教育。细想起来,半生从教,真正悟得育人真谛,也只在最近六七年。历史之厚,现实之囧,催生思考2001年,我有幸成为市三女中的一员。这所曾经的贵族女学、今日的百年名校,以“积中发外,智圆行方”和“国际化,开放性”的育人理念,培养了一批批优秀的毕业生。正是这所学校,给了我参与管理的机会,我也因此成长起来。2011年1月,我接掌市三女初校长一职。从历史上看,初中是这所女校的源头,延续至今。2000年市三女中初中部以法人身份独立办校,称为“上海市第三女子初级中学”。
