本文研究了不预烧粉末高速钢坯热锻工艺,其中包括切屑的净化、涡旋法制粉中保护气氛的净化、高纯氩气保护正压退火、压制预成形坯和闭模锻造等。通过对不预烧和预烧锻坯质量的对比,可以看出,前者的相对密度比后者高0.73%,氧含量低1722ppm,锻坯的冲击值高11%,抗弯强度高8.5%,刀具寿命高29%,生产成本低30%。通过对两种工艺方法的全面分析,肯定了不预烧坯锻造工艺的先进性和经济性。
In this paper, the hot-forging process of high-speed billet without calcining powder is studied, including chip cleaning, purification of protective atmosphere in vortex milling, positive pressure annealing of high purity argon protection, preform press and closed die forging. By comparing the quality of non-pre-fired and pre-sintered forged blanks, it can be seen that the relative density of the former is 0.73% higher than that of the latter and the content of oxygen is 1722ppm lower. The impact value of the preform is 11% higher and the bending strength is 8.5% 29% longer tool life, 30% lower production costs. Through a comprehensive analysis of the two process methods, affirmed the advanced nature and economy of the forging process without prebaking.
