将葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)与辣根过氧化物酶(POD)用戊二醛共固定在半透膜上,以此作为生杨敏感元件制成传感器,在pH6.0,温度30℃,外加搅拌的条件下,对传感器的响应时间,线性测定范围及使用寿命等指标进行了测定,得到了良好的效果。酶膜的平均响应时间为2.5min,线性测定范围达0~300μg/ml,寿命约达15天。
Glucose oxidase (GOD) and horseradish peroxidase (POD) were co-immobilized on the semi-permeable membrane with glutaraldehyde, which was used as a sensor of poplar sensor.
