观察实验性大鼠脑缺血前预先自腹腔内注射红花注射液对缺血后脑区内精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的影响,以探讨红花治疗缺血性脑血管病的作用机制。在大鼠脑缺血前予腹腔内注射红花注射液,经4血管结扎造成全脑缺血后60min取皮层、下丘脑2个脑区的脑组织,应用放射免疫分析法检测其AVP的含量。结果显示脑缺血60min时2个缺血脑区内AVP的含量均明显升高,而预先应用红花后2个脑区AVP的含量有显著的降低。结果表明:红花治疗缺血性脑血管病的作用机制可能与其抑制缺血脑区AVP含量的升高从而减轻缺血性脑水肿有关。
To investigate the effect of safflower injection on the content of arginine vasopressin (AVP) in ischemic brain regions after intracerebral injection of safflower injection before cerebral ischemia in rats to explore the effect of safflower on the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease mechanism. Before cerebral ischemia, intraperitoneal injection of safflower injection by 4 vascular ligation caused by cerebral ischemia 60min after cortical, hypothalamic brain area of two brain tissue, the application of radioimmunoassay to detect the content of AVP . The results showed that the content of AVP in the two ischemic brain regions was significantly increased at 60min after cerebral ischemia, but the content of AVP in the two brain regions decreased significantly after being pre-applied. The results showed that: the role of safflower in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease may be related to its inhibition of ischemic brain area increased AVP content and thus reduce ischemic brain edema related.
