目前南方代料香菇栽培基本上采用福建古田和庆元、寿宁高层棚架式栽培优质菇的模式 ,即在大田上搭棚、搭架、连续种菇 ,严重影响粮食生产。从 1989年开始 ,浙江云和县科技人员开始进行了无棚架半地下式栽培香菇试验取得成功 ,1991年全县推广 2 6668ｍ2 ,各点菇农反映新模式产量
