目的了解执行《处方管理办法》以来的门诊处方书写质量,对存在的问题进行分析,探讨促进书写质量的措施。方法随机抽取2010年开封市第一人民医院10、11月份的门诊西药处方,以《处方管理办法》为标准进行统计分析。结果共抽查处方10 000张,合格处方9 856张,不合格处方144张,处方合格率为98.56%。结论处方合格率不高,处方质量有待提高,需要加强医务工作者的责任心和医德,法制观念。
Objective To understand the quality of outpatient prescription writing since the implementation of “prescription management approach”, to analyze the existing problems and to explore measures to promote the quality of writing. Methods A random sample of outpatient western medicine in the first and the tenth People’s Hospital of Kaifeng City in 2010 and November were collected and statistically analyzed according to the prescription management approach. Results A total of 10 000 prescriptions were randomly selected, 9 856 of which were qualified and 144 of which were unqualified. The passing rate of prescription was 98.56%. Conclusion The passing rate of prescription is not high, and the quality of prescription needs to be improved. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the sense of responsibility, medical ethics and legal system of medical workers.
