目的优化纤维素酶法提取土人参多糖。方法通过单因素实验和正交实验,研究pH值、酶用量、酶解温度和提取时间对土人参多糖提取效果的影响。结果纤维素酶法提取的优化工艺条件为:pH值为6,每克药材酶用量为400 U,酶解温度50℃,提取时间3 h。在此条件下,土人参多糖的提取率平均为21.16%,RSD为0.14%。结论纤维素酶法提取土人参多糖效果省时高效。
Objective To optimize the extraction of polysaccharides from ginseng by cellulase. Methods The effects of pH value, enzyme dosage, enzymatic temperature and extraction time on the extraction of polysaccharides from ginseng were studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. Results The optimal conditions of cellulase extraction were as follows: pH value was 6, enzyme dosage per gram was 400 U, enzymolysis temperature was 50 ℃ and extraction time was 3 h. Under these conditions, the average extraction rate of polysaccharides was 21.16% and the RSD was 0.14%. Conclusion Cellulose enzymatic extraction of ginseng polysaccharide time-saving and efficient.
