儿童生长发育遵循着共同的模式,这早已为人们所熟知,但又因遗传和环境等因素的影响,发育存在着明显的个体差异。如发育水平、发育速度、体型、各系统的发育表现出千差万别的特点。国外曾有报导,儿童的不同体型构成比例受到发育水平的制约,也有关于肥胖儿童骨发育与众不同的论述。为了证实儿童在发育方面的这些联系,以便为发育评价提供依据,我们选择处于发育较平稳的孩童期的儿童进行观察,获得了系统的体型与骨龄分析资料。 Children’s growth and development follow a common pattern, which has long been known, but due to genetic and environmental factors, there is a clear development of individual differences. Such as the level of development, developmental speed, body size, the development of the system showed vastly different characteristics. It has been reported in foreign countries that the proportion of children with different body constitutions is restricted by the level of development, and there are also unusual discourses on the development of bone in obese children. To confirm these links in development of children in order to provide evidence for developmental evaluation, we selected children in the more developed childhood to observe and obtain systematic data on body size and bone age.
