1. 前言据报道法国在1965年以前开始研制液压凿岩机,1970年左右用于现场。1976年日本试制了第一台液压凿岩机,在上越新干线大清水隧道工作以来,液压凿岩机得到迅速普及,广泛用于矿山、土木建筑、工程等各个领域。液压凿岩机与气动凿岩机比较,虽然价格高,但噪声小,产生的油雾少,所以明显地改善了工作环境,而且容易实现自动化。另外由于油的压力高,用小型液压凿岩机便能得到大的凿岩力,所以具有更高的凿孔效率和破碎性能,且由于能量利用率高,具有运转费用低等优点。
