笔者为使心电图工作者能较快较准地算出心电轴偏移的度数,拟了一个心算心电轴偏移的公式(不包括Ⅰ、Ⅲ导联主波同方向时的计算),误差尚小,心算快速。介绍于此,以供参考。公式: 公式的应用: 先根据Ⅰ、Ⅲ导联QRS波群主波的方向选定计算公式。公式选定后,同以其它方法计算电轴一样,先分别算出Ⅰ、Ⅲ导联QRS波群电压的代数和。代数和的符号,不能代表代数和值的大小,只能表达该导联主波的方向。因此,得到的Ⅰ、Ⅲ两个代数和中,大的值可称“被减数”,小的值为减数,二者的差与被减
