目的探讨多媒体互动技术在基层压疮高危人群居家照顾者培训中的应用效果。方法选取80例压疮高危人群的居家照顾者为研究对象,将照顾者随机分为观察组和实验组,在给予2组照顾者常规健康教育的基础上,对实验组照顾者进行多媒体教育指导,以3个月为观察周期,观察患者压疮发生率及照顾者压疮认知水平。结果实验组发生压疮1例,占2.7%(1/37),明显低于对照组发生压疮8例,占21%(8/38),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,观察组和对照组照顾者的压疮相关知识掌握情况比较差异无统计学意义,干预3个月后,实验组照顾者对压疮相关知识掌握情况明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用多媒体互动技术进行健康教育可以降低压疮发生率,提高压疮高危人群的生活质量及居家照顾者的照顾水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of multimedia interactive technology in the training of home caregivers at high risk of pressure ulcers in primary care. Methods Eighty cases of home caregivers at high risk of pressure ulcer were selected as study subjects, and the caregivers were randomly divided into observation group and experimental group. Based on the routine health education of two groups of caregivers, the experimental group caregivers were instructed by multimedia education , 3 months for the observation period, observed the incidence of pressure ulcers and caregivers pressure ulcer cognitive level. Results One case of pressure ulcer occurred in the experimental group, accounting for 2.7% (1/37), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (8%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05 ); Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in knowledge of pressure ulcer between the caregivers of the observation group and the control group. After 3 months of intervention, the caregiver of the experimental group had better knowledge of pressure ulcers than the control group, 2 The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions Health education using multimedia interactive technology can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers, improve the quality of life and the care of home caregivers at high risk of pressure ulcers, and is worthy of clinical application.
