1　病例报告女性患者 ,农民 ,4 6岁 ,因下腹部胀痛 4个月 ,发现盆腔包块 1月于 2 0 0 1年 11月 1日入院。患者末次月经 2 0 0 1年 5月 5日 ,既往体健 ,曾于 2 0 0 0年 12月在我院检查盆腔Ｂ超 ,提示子宫及双附件正常 ,月经规则 ,无异常生育史 ,有风心病史 10年。入院体查 :Ｔ37 1 case report female patients, farmers, 46 years old, due to lower abdominal pain for 4 months and found pelvic mass in January 1, 2001 admission.
